Disney’s Zootopia Has The Worst DMV With Literal Sloths In Charge — Watch The HIGHlariously Slooooooooow New Trailer HERE!.

In the trailer for Disney’s Zootopia, audiences are introduced to Officer Judy Hopp (Ginnifer Goodwin), an enthusiastic, bright-eyed bunny eager for her big break. In the preview for the animated movie, which comes from the creators of previous Disney hits “Wreck-It Ralph” and “Tangled,” a rabbit police officer named Judy (Ginnifer Goodwin of “Once Upon a Time”) is in a hurry to crack a case, and that means she has to run a suspicious license-plate number down at the “Department of Mammal Vehicles.” Unfortunately for her, everyone who works there is a sloth. We already got a great introduction to some of the characters in the first teaser AND we were given the rundown on the AH-Mazing voice cast for the film — but in the new trailer (above) we get a scene from the flick! In this new look, we watch as Officer Judy Hopps (voiced by Once Upon a Time star Ginnifer Goodwin) heads to the DMV with her new friend, the scam-artist fox known as Nick Wilde (voice of Jason Bateman). While Disney takes its animated classics and turns them into successful live-action movies, the Walt Disney Animation Studios is doing a solid job of bringing new original properties to the big screen.

So, we’ve seen the teaser trailer for Disney’s Zootopia, and met a number of characters from the movie, and now we get to see how the world of Zootopia works. One staffer named Flash is tasked with helping her run the plate, but it ends up taking much longer than Judy had hoped. “Zootopia” also features the voice of Jason Bateman as a con-artist fox named Nick, who is framed for a crime he didn’t commit. For the 3D comedy-adventure feature “Zootopia,” the studio wrangled a kind of super team of modern animation filmmakers: co directors Byron Howard (“Tangled,” “Bolt”), Rich Moore (“Wreck-It Ralph,” “The Simpsons”) developed the story with Jared Bush (“Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero”).

Comprised of habitat neighborhoods like ritzy Sahara Square and frigid Tundratown, it’s a melting pot where animals from every environment live together—a place where no matter what you are, from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew, you can be anything. Co-director Rich Moore and co-writer Phil Johnston previously worked on 2012′s “Wreck-It Ralph,” while co-director Byron Howard also co-directed 2010′s “Tangled.” But you really should consider getting a full Outhouse account, which will allow you to quote posts, choose an avatar and sig, and comment on our forums too.

The reason for the plot’s 48-hour timetable is not clear but the fact that our characters spend what appears to be most of a day at the DMV will not help things.
