Star Trek Beyond cast honours Leonard Nimoy in Omaze video.

When Leonard Nimoy died in February, he left behind not one but two Star Trek casts, as he appeared in both the original series and the rebooted movie series.

Back in February the Star Trek franchise and the acting world sadly lost Leonard Nimoy, and as part of the To Boldly Go campaign the cast of Star Trek Beyond has honoured Leonard Nimoy in their latest Omaze video. In a tribute video, fellow Spock actor Zachary Quinto not only recalls what made Nimoy a great man but also explains how fans can do a good deed in his memory. “Leonard was an actor, a champion of the arts and an inspiration to so many,” Quinto says in the video. “Through his legendary portrayal of Spock, he influenced countless scientists and artists – myself and the rest of the cast included.
