Billboard Music Awards 2015: The Show.

After racking up eight wins at Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas Sunday, Taylor and her musical BFF Ed Sheeran threw a star-studded party for the event’s fellow attendees. Taylor’s boyfriend Calvin Harris showed up, of course, as did Adrian Grenier, David Guetta, Fifth Harmony, Jennifer Lopez and Pentatonix, among others.

After it was announced that One Direction won the award for Top Duo/Group, Harry, Niall, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne stood up to accept their trophy, but didn’t make it to the stage without Styles grabbing his bandmate’s package in celebration. Given Taylor’s romantic history with Harry, his absence didn’t go unnoticed. “Harry didn’t stay in Vegas after the awards, so [he] didn’t attend any after-show party,” the boy band’s rep told E! Sunday was also a big day for the boy band for other reasons aside from the big win: They made their red carpet debut as a foursome instead of a fivesome. Harry dated Taylor briefly from 2012 to 2013, and it’s believed that he inspired several of the song’s on her latest album, 1989, including “Clean” and “Out of the Woods.” (Swift’s policy is to never publicly identify who inspired her lyrics.) Of course, there was another notable absence at Taylor and Ed’s party: Rita Ora.

He left for his own reasons…You gotta do what you gotta do.” The group even took a moment to give a heartfelt shout out to “our brother Zayn,” who they believed deserved recognition. News Monday, “Rita Ora totally broke his heart…He never expected to feel betrayed.” Regardless of where she stands with Calvin, Rita is a big fan of his famous girlfriend. “I think she’s one of the most incredible songwriters of our generation. But Louis told James Corden on The Late Late Show that he and Zayn are OK again. “I mean, yeah, there’s been a bit of back and forth,” Tomlinson said. “I think we’re on good terms with him.” Corden mentioned the “thing on Twitter” where Tomlinson had been fighting with Malik and his producer, Naughty Boy. “I’ve never been very good at biting me tongue,” Tomlinson admitted. “Maybe I get it off me mom. I absolutely adore her music and love what she stands for,” the “I Will Never Let You Down” singer told Vice in a Q&A published Monday. “You pay respect to people who deserve it—Beyoncé and Madonna. Twitter’s great for connecting with the fans, but also if you feel like saying something you probably shouldn’t, it’s also good for that as well—or bad in this case.”
