Taylor Swift ‘files counter suit against former Denver DJ claiming he lost his job due to being accused of groping superstar’.

Last month the 25-year-old Bad Blood singer was apparently slapped with a lawsuit stemming from an incident that happened during a meet-and-greet at a concert in Denver, Colorado back in 2013. As Gossip Cop reported, David Mueller, former co-host of the 98.5 KYGO “Ryno and Jackson” morning show, filed a lawsuit in September claiming he attended a Swift concert meet and greet backstage at Denver’s Pepsi Center in 2013, but was later kicked out of the venue by someone from Swift’s security team, who alleged he inappropriately touched Swift by grabbing her butt.

The DJ, David Mueller, was previously terminated twice from radio jobs at other stations resulting in him not working as an on-air personality since 2006 according to the counter suit papers obtained by People. Swift brought the claim after DJ David “Jackson” Mueller sued the singer, claiming he was unjustly fired from his job at KYGO radio after being wrongfully accused of assault. “Ms. The papers also state that Mueller had admitted Swift was assaulted but placed the blame on his superior at Denver radio station KYGO, named Eddie Haskell.

Mueller’s legal papers maintained he never acted inappropriately with Swift, and even suggested he was wrongly being blamed for another co-worker’s actions. It wasn’t clear what the deejay was suing for, but his his complaint stated that after a 20-year career, which involved dealing with high-profile celebrities, he was making $120,000. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault – it was Mueller – and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Swift said it was during the photo op prior to her concert when Mueller “intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate matter, against her will, and without her permission,” the suit states. Haskell, was the culprit. ‘Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms.

Things allegedly took a turn for the worse when the singer’s bodyguard approached Mueller later in the night and accused him of grabbing Swift’s butt when they took their photo. Because of the nature of the incident, when word got back to Mueller’s place of work about what had transpired, he says he was fired immediately, as TMZ reported. TMZ reported that it’s unclear at this point to what extent Swift knows of the exchange or the lawsuit, but it wouldn’t be the first time the young singer was involved in a strange legal situation. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts.” Swift, who wants a jury trial for the case, would donate any potential financial winnings to “charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard,” according to an excerpt from People, which first reported the contents of the countersuit.

Lucky 13’s legal team then bombarded the global pop superstar with hundreds of discovery requests, including a peculiar demand for any promotional videos or photos that show glimpses of her ‘partially visible’ breasts or bottom. Swift also states that the accusations by the radio DJ that his co-worker was the one who touched her are lies. “Mueller’s newfound claim that he is the “wrong guy” and, therefore, his termination from KYGO was unjustified, is specious. Kloetzly’s lawyers are expected to argue that the risqué images constitute evidence in the case because they demonstrate how the 25-year-old musician uses her sex appeal to target a similar audience to his products.

She says that at no time was she aware of Mueller’s contract with the radio station and did not interfere with his employment despite him groping her.
