‘I’ve never worked so hard’: Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting dishes on the exercise that ‘transformed her body’ and why she can’t eat like her husband anymore.

“I have to have a cheat day,” she emphasised to Shape magazine. “I know when I’m being good all week long that come Sunday, I’m going to lie by the pool, have a drink, and eat some pizza. The 29-year-old actress, who graces the October issue of SHAPE magazine, revealed she lost weight and toned up once she added yoga to her exercise routine. “It doesn’t sound like a lot, but I lost six pounds in the last three months. Everything, from the inside out, has completely changed for me. “And now, when I look into the mirror and see the positive changes, I don’t want to go back to what I was doing.

That’s a whole jeans size, and we all know how good that feels!” she told the magazine. “One morning I’ll take the Hot Power Fusion class, which is an amazing calorie burner. Especially when my husband is like, ‘You look amazing!'” The Wedding Ringer beauty also revealed her six horses are the “biggest blessing” in her life and credits the sport for making her “centred” as a person. The actress – who turns 30 in November – admitted that when she first got married to husband Ryan Sweeting – a professional tennis player with whom she tied the knot on New Year’s Eve in 2013 – she would indulge in a ‘bedtime snack’ from candy they kept in drawers by their bed. But once she realized that was just ‘mindless eating’ she ‘cut that out,’ and has since changed her whole diet, getting rid of soda, chips, and cereals that the couple kept in the pantry. I wouldn’t have my career without it.” Cuoco-Sweeting, who was recently named Hollywood’s highest paid TV actress (she’s tied with Sofia Vergara) by Forbes, said she watches what she eats, unlike her hubby, tennis player Ryan Sweeting. “My husband, Ryan eats so much.

I’ll cook him whatever he wants…So I make his first dinner, and then he orders a second one from a restaurant!” The couple, who will celebrate their second anniversary in December, had a bedtime ritual that included snacking on candy late at night– a habit she later gave up. “The drawers next to the bed were filled with candy. It took years for me to figure out what my body needs and that what works for my friends doesn’t necessarily work for me,” Kaley shared. “Doing yoga five times a week has transformed my body.
