At least 10 people have been hurt after the crowd rushed the stage at the music festival in US Arizona’s Tempe..

A concert at Tempe Beach Park was interrupted Saturday night as dozens of emergency crews responded to a medical emergency, with Tempe police saying that some fans rushed the stage. The name of the festival may be Summer Ends but as anyone who has spent any significant amount of time in Arizona can tell you, there are still several weeks to go before summer can be declared over.

The incident happened on Saturday night, with “the concert crowd starting pushing toward the stage,” the local police said as quoted by 3TV News channel. Tempe police officials reported 10 to 12 people were taken to area hospitals with heat- and alcohol-related injuries. “There’s been lots of scuffles and dehydrated people because everyone’s been drinking,” said Grand Canyon University Student Hailey Ferris, 18. Most of the tracks off of Hozier’s debut self-titled album are a unique mix of folk and rock and he managed to make both sound great on Thursday as he switched between the two pretty seamlessly.

He also did a cover of the Ariana Grande and Iggy Azelia song “Problem” while also throwing in a little bit of Warren G and Nate Dogg’s “Regulate” just for fun. He even referred to himself as a desert rat. “Same desert, different cacti,” said Flowers midway through his set, referring to his home state of Nevada. A lot of Flowers’ solo material feels as if it could easily be found on just about any Killers album but a good portion of his solo work has a very distinct sound to it. “Lonely Town” has a very ‘80s vibe to it while “Diggin’ Up The Heart” feels like it has a heavy Bruce Springsteen influence to it.

He displayed a ton of charisma and a great sense of humor that showed why he is so successful as the frontman of the Killers and why they were one of the biggest bands in the world at one point. He even showed what a nice guy he was as he stopped his bandmates mid-song during “Magdalena” to check on a fan who looked like she might have passed out from heat exhaustion. But they did manage to perform their most well-known songs like “Hang Me Up to Dry” and “We Used to Vacation” much to the delight of those who showed up early to see them.
