Ralphie May — Screw Ludacris … Paul Walker Joke at Bieber’s Roast Was …

‘Furious 7’ star Ludacris says Paul Walker jokes during Justin Bieber roast ‘weren’t appropriate’.

Ludacris thought most of the upcoming “Comedy Central roast of Justin Bieber” was hilarious, but some of the dark humor went too far for his tastes. “There were some Paul Walker jokes that I didn’t feel like were appropriate,” Ludacris told HuffPost Live on Friday, referring to his late “Furious 7” co-star. As TheWrap previously reported, the distasteful gags about Walker — who was killed in a fiery car wreck in Santa Clarita, California in November, 2013 — will be edited out of the show when it airs on Monday.

While roasts aren’t typically for the faint-hearted, even 21-year-old Bieber said he was disappointed by the Walker references at a press conference following the Mar. 14 taping at Sony Pictures in Culver City, California. Entertainment Weekly seems to believe that what Carter wants to do is tell six more one off stories, the kind of stories that make up the bulk of the show’s 200+ episodes. As well as appearing opposite Walker as Tej Parker in multiple franchise installments since 2001’s “2 Fast 2 Furious,” the rapper-actor also has a long history with Bieber, and was featured on his first hit, “Baby,” back in 2010. “I think he went through adolescence,” he told HuffPo about the mischievous Canadian pop star. “You can’t judge but so much when we’re looking at it from an adult perspective and we’re watching him literally grow up. Too furious?” “Just this past year, Justin got arrested for drag racing,” said “Saturday Night Live” star and roaster Pete Davidson. “Unfortunately, it wasn’t with Paul Walker.

We all make mistakes.” Ludacris has been a busy man of late, with “Furious 7” hitting theaters April 3 and his latest album, “Ludaversal,” hitting iTunes and store shelves March 31. Ludacris, who has appeared in several Fast and Furious movies with Walker, including the next one set to hit movie theatres April 10th, participated in the roast and was one of the people in the room who didn’t care for the Walker jokes.

And now with one of Walker’s co-stars “standing up for” and “protecting” Walker’s legacy and his children or whatever the hell the overall reason is going to be for this “stand” I want to scream loud and clear “This is bullshit!” Over the line? -Ted Cruz, Republican Senator from Texas and the first declared 2016 Republican Presidential candidate, for saying that he started listening to country music “because of 9/11.” Rock music, according to Ted, just didn’t respond to the terrorist attacks like country music did.
