Niall Horan Says He’d Marry Selena Gomez On The Late, Late Show’s Carpool Karaoke

Carpool Karaoke Confessions: Niall Horan Would ‘Marry’ Selena Gomez – and Go on a Cruise with Demi Lovato.

In a skit for his CBS programme, The Late Late Show, Corden asked the chart-topping boy band to sing along to their singles What Makes You Beautiful, Story of My Life and Best Song Ever, before giving them matching denim jackets to wear for their 2014 track No Control.

The actor challenged Niall Horan to a game of “sleep with, marry or cruise”, offering him the options of Tina Fey, singer Demi Lovato or his rumoured love-interest Selena Gomez. The fellow Brits have suffered through high-tension moments like getting creamed in a dodge ball game and a round of “Tattoo Roulette.” (The latter, you may remember, resulted in Harry Styles getting inked on-camera.) So it seemed only fitting that Styles and his bandmates Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne join Corden for some “Carpool Karaoke,” which they did on Tuesday’s “Late Late Show.” At first it looked like Corden was going to put the “Made in the A.M.” singers through their paces by just having them sing several of their hit songs: “Beautiful,” “Story of My Life,” “Best Song Ever,” “Perfect“ and “Drag Me Down.” But what the guys didn’t expect was for Corden to stage a music video for their tune “No Control,” right there in the car.

They stop and say hello before discussing the intensity of fans following their every move and even knowing where they live. “A couple of weeks ago, I tweeted ‘There’s nothing worse than waking up in the morning, and you can’t have a cup of tea because you’ve got no milk,'” Tomlinson begins. “Within an hour, someone’s ringing me bell, and I see this 45-year-old woman. She comes to the door, and is like ‘here’s the milk!'” Previous guests on the show’s Carpool Karaoke segment include Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber and Stevie Wonder, whose performance reduced the chat-show host to tears. Mad Max will roar back out of the apocalypse while Mad Men rides off into the sunset, rock’s Antichrist Superstar and hip-hop’s Yeezus will rise again.
