Justin Bieber and James Corden belt out ‘Ironic’ like there’s no tomorrow.

Bieber teamed up with James Corden for his second crack at Carpool Karaoke, in which the pair cruised through Los Angeles singing hits such as Never Say Never, Sorry and even Alanis Morissette’s Ironic. In the bit, Bieber not only sang his old hit “Never Say Never,” but also rapped a little Kanye West and sang “Ironic” by Alanis Morissette with Corden. After some small talk about what to call James Corden fans — Bieber doesn’t seem too impressed with the name “Corliebers” — he and the host of the Late Late Show get into some jams in the latest installment of Carpool Karaoke.

The trip even included a stop-off at one of Bieber’s favourite clothing stores where the pair picked ridiculous and hilarious outfits for each other. The dynamic duo belted out hits like Kanye’s “Stronger,” Alanis Morissette’s “Ironic” (Biebs’ go-to shower jam) and even some of the Purpose artist’s own songs.

After considering whether Corden could pull off one of Bieber’s lengthy dress-like shirts, the pair hit a boutique where they selected each other’s swag. He has to live like this!” Safely back in the car, Corden and Bieber closed out their trip with a medley for the ages: Kanye West’s “Stronger,” Alanis Morissette’s “Ironic” (one of Bieber’s all-time favorites) and “Sorry,” the pop star’s latest Purpose hit. 2015 may not bring everything that Back to the Future II promised it would: flying cars, self-lacing shoes, we don’t see ’em happening over the next 12 months. (Then again, don’t bet against Nike.) But this year will definitely pack plenty of punch when it comes to cultural happenings. Mad Max will roar back out of the apocalypse while Mad Men rides off into the sunset, rock’s Antichrist Superstar and hip-hop’s Yeezus will rise again.
