‘Teen Mom 2’ Leah Messer ‘Struggles’ After Custody Battle Loss To Ex Corey Simms!.

“It was like a slap in the face.” That’s how describes the moment she learned her ex-husband Corey Simms had been awarded primary custody of their 5-year-old twins, Aliannah and Aleeah. On Oct. 7, a West Virginia judge ruled that Simms, 26, would have the girls Monday through Friday, leaving the Teen Mom 2 star, 23, with just weekends.

Just one week after it was revealed she had lost custody of her 5-year-old twins, Ali and Aleeh, the reality star let loose in an interview with a popular magazine. It made me angry.” Corey has alleged in the past that Leah had a drug problem, though it seems his fight for full-custody had more to do with Ali and Aleeah, 5, being consistently late for school.

Though Leah admits to having suffered from narcolepsy, admitting, “I did have issues with the sleep disorder,” the mom of three insists her daughters were only late to school this year once on her watch. “When him and Miranda first met, that’s when he started the full-custody thing,” Leah said, adding that she thinks “child support also has a lot to do” with his filing as well. The publication explains that Corey initially scheduled a hearing back in August because the five-year-old girls were not arriving at kindergarten on time.

However, she has made it a point to show on Twitter that she has been spending as much time with her girls as she can while also alluding to the fact that she is always there for them. “There’s nothing like actually having actual QUALITY time with my girls, for once. Leah disputed Corey’s story and said she plans to prove it to the court — but she didn’t help her personal case with him by going on to air the dirty laundry about their affair. “Corey and I did hook up two months after they got married,” Leah said, referencing Corey’s June 2013 wedding to Miranda Simms.

But that is only one component of her ongoing battle: Leah filed a motion to reconsider the custody change and hopes to eventually share 50/50 custody with Corey. “I feel like they should have both of us in their lives,” she says of her twin girls. “At the end of the day, my kids are going to be happy, and I don’t care what I have to do to make them happy.” Despite reports that Jeremy Calvert, father of Leah’s youngest daughter, Adalynn, would be fighting for full-custody himself after an incident in which the little girl wandered out of the house and was found by police, Leah’s not convinced it’ll happen. Although Leah and Jeremy have since divorced, Corey and Miranda are still together, and are expecting their first child. (In September, insiders said Miranda was aware of Corey’s affair with Leah and that they had moved past it.) Leah also acknowledged that she used the strong painkillers hydrocodone and Percocet after experiencing complications during daughter Addie’s birth. She also claims that her relationship with her second ex-husband is better than her relationship with Corey, so she’s not worried that he’ll file papers. “They are just so close to me,” Leah says, explaining why the new arrangement is so hard on them. Previously, she denied using anything more than anti-anxiety pills “for about one week.” However, her self-described dealer claimed last year that Leah spent $1,000 per week on Vicodin, Lortab, Percocet and oxycodone.

Although the pregnancy ended in miscarriage a short time later, Messer and Calvert’s relationship continued to grow, and in February 2012, they tied the knot. A major part of the reason why Corey started to take Leah to court over their custody agreement came down to her not getting the kids to various places on time. Messer (@TM2LeahDawn) October 17, 2015 In a photo put up on Twitter, Leah wrote notes to her daughters before they went to school which also included their packed backpacks.

In his Twitter rant against Messer, Calvert told fans he had caught her with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd, the same man she cheated on Simms with, in October 2014. While Messer claimed to be doing much better since leaving treatment in June, her latest revelations are sure to cause a stir with both Simms and Calvert, the father of her youngest daughter.
