‘It’s family love': Kris Jenner cries in new promo for heart-wrenching Keeping Up With The Kardashians: About Bruce special.

The second part of Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce aired on Monday night, showing the aftermath of what happened when Bruce Jenner told family members that he was transgender. (Jenner, who has not indicated a preference for female pronouns, came out publicly during an interview with Diane Sawyer in April.) While the episode included moments for all of the Kardashian-Jenner children – Kourtney Kardashian revealed she didn’t want her 5-year-old son Mason to know about Jenner’s transition just yet – a big storyline involved how Kris Jenner reacted to Bruce’s news. “I always knew you struggled with wanting to dress differently and wanting to dress as a female, and that was something you did whenever you got that urge,” Kris said (via Us Weekly). “That’s the only thing I experienced with you, Bruce, and I don’t know when you went from this isn’t working for me anymore and I’m going to go all the way and I’m going to start taking hormones.’” After Bruce explained that telling his ex-wife was the hardest part of the transition, Kris said it was because he had lied to her for so many years. The second harrowing part about Bruce Jenner’s transition from male to female is due on TV on Monday and ex-wife Kris Jenner is determined to make sure no one misses it.While the first installment dealt with Bruce finally breaking the news to his children that he could be living publicly as a woman as early as this Spring, the second half of the programme focuses more on the next steps for the family – and also resolving any conflict between them.

Later, however, she admitted that it wasn’t her fight. “I just want you to know that you were a great dad, you were a great friend, and you were a great partner. He took a selfie using a selfie stick. “Rita announced when these first came out that we would never ever have a selfie stick in the house,” Hanks said of his wife, actress Rita Wilson. “But they sell these selfies all over Florence, which was the birthplace of the Renaissance.” Hanks suggested Letterman, whose last show airs on May 20, purchase a selfie stick for his retirement vacation. “When you, in a couple weeks, head down to — I’m just going to guess what you’re going to be up to — Space Camp, take one of these bad boys with you.” Letterman, though initially apprehensive about the contraption, was impressed by the end result. “It’s almost as if someone else has taken the picture for you,” he said. While Bruce has previously specified that he would like people to use male pronouns when referring to him until he specifies otherwise, he assured Kendall, Kylie and the rest that, “You will see me and you will know”. It was an emotional conversation for both of them, but Bruce made it clear that he deeply cares for Kris and loves the family they have raised together. “You’re an amazing woman. 23, going on 25, years of great moments together.

The caption read, ‘# family love.’ Kris was seen sitting at the kitchen table with Kim Kardashian-West, crying, and telling her daughter: ‘I don’t know how to handle this. Filmed a few months ago, Bruce, 65, talked with each of the Kardashian sisters – Kourtney, 36, Kim, 34, and Khloe, 30, and his own daughters Kendall, 19, and Kylie, 17 – about his plans for his new life. The couple separated in October 2013 after 22 years of marriage after announcing in a joint statement to E! that they were “much happier this way.” While the Kardashian/Jenner family has been supportive throughout the process, Bruce just hopes this special will help other families in similar situations.

I am as far as I know, heterosexual,” said the 65-year-old. “I’ve never been with a guy, I’ve always been married, raising kids.” When stories about Bruce’s tracheal shave leaked, he contemplated suicide, but – thankfully – talked himself out of it. “I mean, I want to know how this story ends,” he said. And USA Today pointed out, “In the past year, Jenner and other high-profile transgender celebrities have helped create awareness surrounding the transgender community … specials like ‘About Bruce’ provide the opportunity for trans issues to reach millions of people.” Bruce may undergo a full surgical gender reassignment, but if he does, don’t expect another two-hour special. “I would do it so quietly, no one in the world would ever know.” He believes that by speaking out on his journey, Bruce can help raise awareness and stop the stigma around LGBTQ issues. “We’re going to make a difference in the world with what we’re doing.” A question his daughters were clearly embarrassed to ask, but Bruce was upfront and honest with them, clarifying that he’s ‘totally heterosexual’ and has ‘always been attracted to women’. Kourtney and Scott have three children aged 5, 2 and under a year old, and Kourt has previously said that her biggest worry is explaining Bruce’s transition to them at the right time and in the right way. Scott goes on to add: “It’s only a positive for my son and my daughter to know all these things that go on in this world”, but he and Kourtney would like to begin that conversation when Bruce is further along in his transition.

Scott is typically given a lot of grief on KUWTK (and some of it is completely deserved), but when it comes to Bruce, he knows exactly what to say – and really proves his love for his in-laws. Even though Kim tells Bruce he needs ‘chic-er’ clothes than he has, he’s clearly really appreciative of her help, telling her: “I couldn’t have a better stylist than you, that’s for sure.”
