‘I needed Botox desperately… it helps with my migraines’: Kim Zolciak on why she got cosmetic injections just hours before DWTS performance.

DANCING WITH THE STARS – KIM ZOLCIAK BIERMANN & TONY DOVOLANI – The celebrity cast of “Dancing with the Stars” is lacing up their ballroom shoes and getting ready for their first dance on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. The 37-year-old reality star revealed to Fox 411 on Tuesday evening that it was not only a necessity to have the injections done but there was also a health benefit to it.

I landed yesterday morning from LAX (took the red eye right after DWTS) I got home and within minutes suffered a TIA (mini stroke) the left side of my body went completely numb and my speech was gone.” Speaking after Monday, Sept. 21’s show, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum said she was sad to see Chaka Khan and her dance pro partner Keo Motsepe eliminated from the competition (Khan skipped the usual post-show festivities and interviews), but admitted there were other, more pressing issues on her mind when it came to her current DWTS mission. “She’s really a joy!” Zolciak told Us Weekly of Khan. “It’s so sad! She credited her daughter Brielle, her husband Kroy, Brielle’s boyfriend Slade Osbourne and her hairstylist Niki Toney-Pressley for helping her out.

I have to hurry up and get it but it works.’ The TV star revealed in an Instagram posting that she had made an emergency appointment for Botox injections just hours before the performance on the reality show. We’ll miss her.” But Zolciak’s No. 1 concern wasn’t making sure she doesn’t follow the 62-year-old singer into elimination-ville — it was making sure she gets her butt in amazing shape! “No, I was looking at you today and I thought, ‘Girl has lost a little bit of weight,'” partner Dovolani interjected. “Even though you looked great before, I feel like you’re stronger,” he added, supportively. She starred on Bravo’s”Real Housewives of Atlanta” for five seasons and is currently in her fourth season of the spin-off “Tardy for the Party” focused on her family. We only go around one time so enjoy it.’ The procedure seemed to work for the blonde television personality as she was a red hot favourite to be sent home after getting the lowest score from the judges during last week’s premiere episode as she tallied only 12 points. She and her partner obviously put plenty more preparation into this week’s performance as they looked much improved while performing a Quickstep to Rochelle Diamante’s Queen Bee.
