Kim Zolciak’s Stroke May Have Saved Her Life! Doctors Apparently Discovered A Life-Threatening Heart Condition During Her Hospital Stay.

Kim Zolciak, who recently had a mini stroke and was hospitalised, has revealed that her stroke was so serious that if it wouldn’t have been treated immediately, then she could have died.As it turns out Kim had a procedure done on her heart following the mini-stroke when doctors discovered an underlying heart issue, which had it not been completed, could’ve ended up claiming her life. The 37-year-old reality star added that she would never have known about her heart issue if she wouldn’t have gone to the hospital for the TIA, also if the heart problem was left untreated, it could have become life-threatening. As Inquisitr previously reported, Zolciak suffered a Trans Ischemic Attack (TIA), also known as a mini-stroke hours after her flight landed from L.A. where she performed on the first episode of Dancing With The Stars.

She later posted two pictures of herself in a hospital bed with an oxygen tube attached to her face. “The left side of my body went completely numb and my speech was gone,” the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum wrote in the caption of one of the pictures. “I have 100% of my feeling back THANK GOD.” After conducting some tests on Zolciak, doctors discovered the hidden heart defect and chose to operate quickly. Zolciak did post on Instagram that she was going in for one last procedure, this may have been what she was referring to. “Going in for one more procedure, things are looking up! don’t let the oxygen scare you its just protocol.” she wrote. “Wanted THANK all of you for the love! She also has her own reality TV show on Bravo called, Don’t Be Tardy For The Party, which is also the name of the dance single she released while she was on Housewives.
