Kim Richards Banned From Target as Part of Shoplifting Sentencing.

In August the former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star was arrested for shoplifting over $600 dollars worth of goods from Target. pled no contest to one count of petty theft and was able to scrape by with a sentence of 36 months probation, 300 hours of community service, and is required to attend 52 AA meetings (at least one a week).Talk about a fall from your allotted 15 minutes of fame: BravoTV’s “Real Housewife of Beverly Hills’” star Kim Richards is a convicted shoplifter and now sentenced in the Target shoplifting case. She must also “continue treatment and follow recommendations for treatment including drug rehabilitation, therapy, and medications,” according to the papers. The former reality star must also attend weekly Alcoholics Anonymous meetings for a year — though that will be concurrent with the year’s worth of AA meetings she was sentenced to for her drunken meltdown at the Beverly Hills Hotel in April.

TMZ also reported that Richards’ homeless status is over and someone (they allude it might be the Hilton family) is paying for her new Westwood condo, a 1 bedroom and 1 bath in a building that has rents in the $3k-$5k range a month. Richards did give fans a short update on her sobriety last week while on gal-pal and fellow former Housewife Brandi Glanville’s podcast, saying, “It’s better now.

Kim is back on the mend with Kyle and gushed about being sober and loving it – again – but this time a source says Kim is trying. “At the moment, Kim seems to be doing OK. There are three or four in the works.” The source also insists Kim was “never homeless” but had to move because the owners of her rental decided to sell. Apparently Kim was just keeping a lot of things in her SUV, but never living out of it! “She stayed at Kathy [Hilton’s] for a bit and she was also in a hotel,” insists the insider. “No one would ever let her be homeless.”
