Is their house jinxed? Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting ended their marriage a year after moving into Khloe and Lamar’s former home.

And no doubt that’s what Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting hoped when they bought Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s mansion in Tarzana, California for $5.49 million in 2014.

And later that night The Big Bang Theory star was spotted having a girls’ night out with her sister Briana Cuoco, as well as a few other friends, at The Village in Studio City, California. This week, reality hit as Kaley and Ryan called it quits on their 21-month marriage, and carried on the apparent curse of the 8,000 square feet seven bedroom home. Khloe and Lamar shifted the impressive looking house to the newly-weds after splitting in 2013 – making nearly $1.5 million in profit according to TMZ at the time.

The outing seemed to be raising the 29-year-old’s spirits, as according to Entertainment Tonight she was spotted laughing as she enjoyed the laid-back dinner. ‘We texted a little bit, dinner was great, and then he moved in the next day,’ Kaley said on a 2014 episode of Late Show With David Letterman, of how she hit it off with the tennis pro after the two were set up on a blind date. ‘I have never been more proud of anyone on this planet – this guy is fighting back from a whirlwind of injuries and not to mention constant “conversation” regarding our marriage and basically any daily decision we decide to make,’ the actress wrote. Private grounds filled with palm trees and a stunning sunken Italiante swimming pool are the crowning glory of the property, which has seen so much sadness over the past two years. The beauty isn’t the only one with ink on her back for her husband (she has the Roman numerals of her wedding date – XII XXXI XIII – on her upper back).
