Gwyneth Paltrow & Tracy Anderson Team Up for Hamptons Magazine Memorial Day Cover.

The Memorial Day issue of Hamptons magazine features Gwyneth Paltrow posing beside her other half — no, not her current flame or the person from whom she “consciously uncoupled,” but her best friend and trainer, Tracy Anderson.

The Goop maven and her fitness pal have started 3 Green Hearts, which, Anderson tells Hamptons Magazine will “offer healthy organic meals on the go” at her two Hamptons fitness studios. As a sometimes-reader of Goop and a sometimes-follower of health and beauty trends (often endorsed by celebrities), I admit this book had me at the Gwyneth Paltrow-debunking title.

As one of the fittest females in the film industry, Gwyneth Paltrow owes her physique to proper diet and the exercise expertise of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. Along with interviewing each other, the famous blondes also share the news that they, along with business partner Maria Baum, are launching a healthy, organic food take-away company in the Hamptons.

Anderson is widely known for training stars including Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and Madonna and, of course, Paltrow’s Goop has made it clear she’s into a healthy lifestyle. It’s also about me being able to settle the inflammation fire that is so many bodies.” As for Anderson’s favorite food on the program: “I love Mexican food, so we have some amazing burritos that are on there, but then there’s also a kale ravioli that is super creative and cool,” Anderson tells PEOPLE. But, while offerings include things like fresh juices and smoothies, gluten-free pastas, kale ravioli, quinoa salads and fish tacos, Anderson tells the magazine that because she’s a “major foodie,” they will also have frosting shots.

I had no interest in the latter and instead stuck with the first half, in which Caulfield clearly takes a stance of scientific dissection and disagreement. And we want nothing more than to have access to the healthy, happy lifestyle you so deserve,” Anderson explained. “If I can be a part of making it easy for people to eat natural foods and be able to feel like they can lead a natural lifestyle and have it be affordable, that to me is really key.” Anderson continues: “I’m really for people’s health.

The meals will be available as take-out from Anderson’s new fitness studios in East Hampton and Water Mill, and plans are to expand to her other studios and bridge into green cleaning products and paraben-free beauty formulas. I care that every single person’s body is different and digests different, and that we need options.” And Anderson understands the desire for healthy yet yummy food. “We are emotionally programmed to love food. Look for those cookies made of air and other edible fire extinguishers if you happen to be near Anderson’s Water Mill or East Hampton studio locations.

As for Paltrow, she also shared how Anderson motivated her when training for Iron Man. “I remember there was a certain part where I felt like I was going to cry. You showed me how to take the option out of it and make it something you do for self care as a woman who wants to feel good in her body and feel healthy and feel strong. That’s how I see the Tracy Anderson lifestyle. [You know the regimen,] the food combinations, and the best exercise clothes, but you also have such great style. Caulfield quotes Paltrow as saying “we’re human beings and the sun is the sun—how can it be bad for you?” That almost sounds too ridiculous to be real.

Anderson credits Gwyn with initially showing her the Hamptons, explaining, “Funny you should ask that of me, since you’re responsible for introducing me to [the Hamptons]. But the Hamptons is where I’ve called home for the last eight years-ever since we first started working together on your lovely bod for the first Iron Man. You, of course, have a beautiful home in Amagansett, and were lovely enough to bring me and my family out for the summer to continue our work together. In response to Paltrow’s Saturday cigarette that “keeps her vibrant,” Caulfield says, “this is so ludicrous (and from a public health perspective, so harmful).” And he’s right.

But haven’t we all occasionally pulled a Gwyneth ourselves and convinced a friend that the green powder we’ve been mixing in our water has been making our skin clear?
