Actress Kristen Bell warmed the heart of a 6-year-old cancer patient by leaving an adorable voice mail message in character as Anna from ‘Frozen.’ (Allen Berezovsky/WireImage) In character as Princess Anna from Frozen, the sweet-voiced actress left an adorable message for a 6-year-old girl with a cancerous brain tumor, and you can see Avery Huffman’s heart-warming reaction in video footage captured by her father. “Anna” finished her short voicemail message by telling the delighted youngster that her sister Elsa had decided to make Avery an honorary princess of Arandelle. “This 30 year old guy is totally not fighting back the tears,” was typical of the comments left by viewers after they watched the minute-long clip on YouTube. Love is an open door…or a voicemail from the Princess of Arendelle! got back into character as Frozen’s Princess Anna to send a very special message to a young girl with cancer this week — and let’s just say you might want to have some tissues handy for this next part. But in the end, Avery’s father was glad that people got to see the video because it made ‘Kristen Bell fans out of several people, including myself.’ Avery’s father, Brandon, uploaded the video to YouTube (above), explaining that he was able to set up the adorable encounter through a connection with Bell. “One of my colleagues in sports media who is close with her people […] set it up for Kristen to send the voice memo for Avery, when he found out Avery was a huge fan of the movie Frozen,” he told The Telegraph. “I was just as surprised as Avery was when the message came.”
