Colorado DJ fired over Taylor Swift accusation sues singer.

A former Denver radio personality has filed a lawsuit against singer and Berks County native Taylor Swift, saying he lost his job after being accused of inappropriately touching Swift during a photo session. The backstage event was part of his job duties with station KYGO, where he was often required to interact with celebrities, according to court documents. Swift allegedly claimed that Mueller lifted her “skirt with his hands and grabbed her bottom.” Following this, Swift’s security team surrounded Mueller and Melcher and removed them from the event.

A statement from Swift’s publicist on Saturday said Mueller’s employer was given evidence after the incident and made its own decision on his future. After small talk, “Swift suddenly announced it was picture time” and “quickly put her arm” around Melcher, while Mueller jumped in “at the last second,” according to The Post.
