Former Denver radio host files lawsuit against Taylor Swift.

David Mueller, who worked as a radio host in Denver, Colorado, attended a concert by the pop star with his girlfriend, and they were invited backstage where they got a photograph with the Bad Blood hitmaker. DENVER (AP) — A former Denver radio personality has filed a lawsuit against singer Taylor Swift, saying he lost his job after being accused of inappropriately touching Swift during a photo session.

Mueller claims he was later kicked out of the venue by the singer’s security staff after they accused him of “grabbing her butt” when the snap was taken, and the incident led to him being fired from his job, according to TMZ.com. The lawsuit says Mueller was falsely accused by one of Swift’s security team of grabbing the singer’s buttocks backstage at the Pepsi Center on June 2, 2013.

In the lawsuit, David Mueller states he was a KYGO radio station personality who went by the name “Jackson” on the “Ryno and Jackson” morning show. A statement from Swift’s publicist on Saturday says Mueller’s employer was given evidence after the incident and made its own decision on his job status.

Mueller, who denies the allegations, was fired on June 4, 2013. “Mueller steadfastly maintains that no inappropriate contact of any kind occurred between him and Ms. Over the course of Mueller’s career he has met and been photographed with “hundreds” of celebrities including Sheryl Crow, Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Heidi Klum, Fergie, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Lopez.
