Kelsey Grammer delivers in first trailer for Storks.

We’ve had animated films about fish, lions, penguins, sharks and plenty of other animals, but now it’s time for Storks to take the limelight, thanks to a new movie from Nicholas Stoller, director of The Muppets and Bad Neighbors. In the first trailer for Storks, the ever-distinguished voice of Kelsey Grammer boasts the advances of the streamlined “human infant production facility” at Stork Mountain, while the conveyer belt behind him rapidly becomes overrun with adorable little babies.

The film is co-directed by veteran Pixar animator Doug Sweetland (who also directed Presto) and Nicholas Stoller (director of Neighbors, Get Him to the Greek, and Forgetting Sarah Marshall), the latter of whom also wrote the script. Although only the voice of Grammer is heard (plus a quick “My bad” from a woman in the background), the film will also feature the vocal work of Andy Samberg, Keegan-Michael Key, and Jordan Peele. Junior, the company’s top delivery stork, is about to be promoted when he accidentally activates the Baby Making Machine, producing an adorable and wholly unauthorized baby girl. Desperate to deliver this bundle of trouble before the boss gets wise, Junior and his friend Tulip, the only human on Stork Mountain, race to make their first-ever baby drop – in a wild and revealing journey that could make more than one family whole and restore the storks’ true mission in the world.
