First look: Barry Allen has a ‘New’ suit for Season 2 of ‘The Flash’.

The CW just released the new outfit that Barry Allen will be wearing in Season 2 of — which looks a lot like the old one, but with some important differences. And for that, and for some other reasons, Barry is having a hard time of accepting the role of hero, yet again, and that will kind of be his journey for Season 2, is finding that confidence again, maturing, he’s got a new mentor that’s helping him discover some new powers.

It could be likely that Jay Garrick (the original Flash) who will be played by Teddy Sears could be his new mentor but that’s not been confirmed as of yet.In the first season finale of , Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) inadvertently caused a rupture in space-time because of his time travel attempt to save his mother. The logo on his chest is now a lightning bolt surrounded by a white crest (looks like Cisco followed through on that little detail), and there’s a hint of some cool yellow lines running up and down his suit that remind us an awful lot of the Flash’s New 52 makeover in the comics.

TV unveiled a new, “flashier” costume for Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen to wear when he becomes his fast-paced alter ego in the second season of their superhero show. At the beginning of this month, before Comic Con, we were treated to the synopsis which teased what was to come, following the demise of the Reverse Flash and the formation of a black hole. Grunt Gustin recently posted a new photo on Instagram, which shows his “Flash” co-stars Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller chatting on set, reports Carter Matt.

Warner Bros. showed off Oliver Queen’s new “Arrow” suit at Comic-Con, but they chose to hold off on a good picture of Grant Gustin’s season 2 “The Flash” costume until today. The Scarlet Speedster got a glimpse of his future self in the season one finale last spring, and it looks like that close encounter inspired him and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) to make a few changes to his red superhero suit going forward. Whether Iris is a full time member or not on Team Flash this season: “I don’t know if I can say “full-time” because she still got a job at the paper, but already we have started shooting and most of my scenes are in S.T.A.R.

On-Screen adversaries Gustin and Tom Cavanagh get along just fine behind-the-scenes. [The Flash] is getting a lot of acclaim as a hero and a lot of attention and it’s not sitting well with Barry because, as we all know, Eddie was kind of the hero and the guy that stopped Wells in the finale. “[Barry] is in a pretty dark place right now”. “I think that is what people love about Iris, so I really hope that happens sooner rather than later”. News has learned that The Flash is debuting a brand-new suit for Barry this season, and it’s actually a lot closer to the one that comic book fans have known and loved for over 50 years!
