Dwayne Johnson invites Pinoys to watch “San Andreas”.

Johnson tricked Nick Mundy, a fan and correspondent for the YouTube channel “Screen Junkies,” by canceling a planned interview. Mundy was unaware he was showing up to his own wedding when he was sent by the movie site Screen Junkies to interview Johnson about his latest action flick. “Just when you thought the day was going to be terrible, it actually is going to be the greatest day of your life,” he told Mundy, before ushering him into in his wedding. “Nothing is more powerful than your union, carries more force than a bolt of lightning or even the world’s largest earthquake, much like the ones you’ll see in ‘San Andreas,’” he said.

The action adventure “San Andreas,” from New Line Cinema and Village Roadshow Pictures, reunites Dwayne Johnson with director Brad Peyton and producer Beau Flynn, following their collaboration on the global hit “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.” After the infamous San Andreas Fault finally gives, triggering a magnitude 9 earthquake in California, a search and rescue helicopter pilot (Johnson) and his estranged wife make their way together from Los Angeles to San Francisco to save their only daughter.San Andreas star Dwayne Johnson broke the world record for the most selfies taken in the space of 3 minutes at the premiere of his new blockbuster in London last night – and the WWE icon didn’t even have to call upon all of his millions (“AND MILLIONS!”) of fans to pull off the photographic feat. The star-studded cast list released by Netflix — which includes George Clooney, Amy Poehler, Michael Cera, Chris Rock, Jason Schwartzman, Rashida Jones, and Miley Cyrus, among others — offers even more reasons to get excited. And when they think the worst may be over…it’s just getting started. “San Andreas” also stars Carla Gugino (“Night at the Museum,” TV’s “Entourage”), Alexandra Daddario (“Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters,” TV’s “True Detective”), Ioan Gruffudd (“Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer”), Archie Panjabi (TV’s “The Good Wife”), Hugo Johnstone-Burt (Australian TV’s “Home and Away”), Art Parkinson (TV’s “Game of Thrones”) and Oscar nominee Paul Giamatti (“Cinderella Man”). Hundreds of protesters marched in Washington state on Thursday after news broke that a white police officer in Olympia shot two unarmed black stepbrothers.

Johnson, 43, snapped away faster than a restless Kim Kardashian with time on her hands with fans in Leicester Square to notch up a whopping 105 selfies. The protesters marched from a park to the Olympia police headquarters on Thursday night, chanting the names of the shooting victims as well as slogans including “Black Lives Matter” and “No Justice, No Peace.” Meghan DeMaria
