Finding Dory.

Disney and Pixar Animation has released the first teaser poster for its 2016 film “Finding Dory,” the sequel to the successful “Finding Nemo” in 2003.Ellen DeGeneres – who voices the adorable, absentminded blue tang fish named Dory – shared the poster on Twitter, with an announcement about a trailer to be released Tuesday.

Ed O’Neill, Ty Burrell and Kaitlin Olson also join the cast as the voices of Hank the cantankerous octopus, Bailey the misguided blue whale, and Destiny the kind-hearted whale shark, respectively. The sequel showcases a story from Finding Nemo director Andrew Stanton, who told the crowd at Disney’s D23 Expo in August that his idea for a follow up came from his own concern about the sweet-natured fish with short-term memory loss. “I wanted to know that if this charming forgetful fish ever got lost again, that she would be okay, that she would find her way home,” Stanton said. “And at the end of Finding Nemo, I wasn’t confident about that. Yes, we are talking about the Pixar’s animated, loved by all and all time favorite film “Finding Nemo,” as after the huge success of the underwater adventure tale, it was decided by Pixar to come up with a movie on “Dory’s” character and great news in the form of the release of its first poster is here.

Distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International through Columbia Pictures, “Finding Dory” will open in local theaters on June 17, 2016. So that’s when I knew I had another story.” Picking up six months after the first film and featuring Dory’s quest to answer questions about her past, Finding Dory’s voice cast includes returning star Albert Brooks (Marlin), Katlin Olson (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), Modern Family leads Ed O’Neill and Ty Burrell, Idris Elba (Luther), Dominic West (The Affair), Diane Keaton (And So It Goes) and Eugene Levy (American Pie). The poster shows the tail portion of the always forgetful blue fish Dory with a line in center which says “She just kept swimming” and as the color of the fish the makers give the same background to the poster as well. If we talk about the characters in the upcoming movie, then Nemo, Marlin and the “Tank Gang” will be seen reprising their roles in this solo movie on the blue fish. Recently, it was revealed that there will be a change in Nemo’s voice as Hayden Rolence joined in place of Alexander Gould from the last 2003 outing meaning “Finding Nemo.” For Marlin meaning Nemo’s father, the voice will be the same, as Albert Brooks said yes for the role.
