Did Iggy Azalea Get a Nose Job and Chin Implant?

Britney Spears & Iggy Azalea perform ‘Pretty Girls’ live for the first time at Billboard Music Awards.

Iggy Azalea sported a new ‘do at the 2015 Billboard Awards on Sunday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, but it appeared that her hair was not the only thing she changed. The “Pretty Girls” rapper walked the red carpet with a seemingly slimmer nose (see the “before” pic from September 2013 above), which had the blogosphere wondering whether or not the 24-year-old went under the knife.

Spears delivered one of her most energetic television performances in years: decked out in a leather-and-sheer fabric unitard, she shimmied around the stage as back-up dancers sporting skater gear moved around her. A source tells Us Weekly that the Aussie native got both a nose augmentation and a chin implant just a few months after she admitted to getting a boob job. The ‘Fancy’ singer posted a pic of herself on Instagram on Sunday with a caption, “Loving my new look.” However, many fans were not in agreement. “The boob job was tasteful because it fit her body but the chin injections/implant looks incredibly fake and she got a cookie cutter nose job,” said one fan. The single is meant to promote Spears’s ongoing residency in that city, and the performance served as an apt advertisement for the pop star’s stage show: Spears, who’s performed on television rarely since her 2007 “Gimme More” fiasco at the MTV Video Music Awards, seemed both with-it and truly delighted to be onstage.

She wasn’t happy with her nose for a long time, so after the boobs she wanted to get that taken care of and then got the chin done at the same time.” In addition to performing “Pretty Girls” with Britney Spears during the Billboards, Nick Young’s girlfriend also accepted three awards for Top Rap Song (“Fancy”), Top Streaming Artist, and Top Rap Artist. Alejandra Hernandez says the cult ’80s movie Earth Girls Are Easy was the biggest inspiration for the duo’s look. “That was our biggest influence and inspiration,” says Hernandez of the 1989 cult classic co-starring Jeff Goldblum, Jim Carrey and Damon Wayans. “That, to me, was the ’80s at its coolest.”

It was so much fun working with her,” she told NYC’s Z100 radio station. “I was thinking about my next single for my next album and what I was gonna do, and I wanted to do a girl anthem. Something that was very girl empowering and that was kind of funny,” she added. “I thought a whole take on Valley girls and just making fun of that would be fun for us to do.
