Does this picture prove Jon Snow is still alive?.

After the HBO hit show “Game of Thrones” sent the Twitter world into a frenzy Monday by including Snow, a popular character who was presumably killed at the end of the last season, in a promotional tweet for the upcoming season, the Mets answered with one of their own. “This might be the greatest tweet by a team sports account all time,” said one Mets fan of the picture of Harvey with the words “April Citi Field” on it.“GoT” fans had an extended period of mourning that lasted well into the summer, but then we started seeing photos of Kit Harington, the tortured young actor who plays Snow, showing up on the Belfast set of the show, which finally won the Emmy for Best Drama Series this year. HBO has just unleashed the first bit of promo art from the upcoming sixth season of “Game of Thrones” and with it, a giant troll about the life status of one Jon Snow. The image has sent those who believed that Jon Snow isn’t dead into a tizzy, despite witnessing the character stabbed and bleeding out in the final moments of the season, and despite HBO programming president Michael Lombardo’s protest that “dead is dead is dead is dead.

Yes … everything I’ve seen and heard and read: Jon Snow is, indeed, dead.” And yet, here is Jon Snow looking fairly alive or, possibly, it’s a reanimated corpse white walker version of Jon Snow, something possible only in the magical land of Westeros. Then again, the folks at HBO did use the staked, severed head of actor Sean Bean to promote the series with the phrase, “The King can do as he likes.” So it’s not like they haven’t promoted this series with dead things before.
