‘Dancing With the Stars’ recap: Rumer takes trophy on jam-packed season finale.

May I make a tiny suggestion, “Dancing With the Stars” producers? The 21-year-old brunette beauty was celebrating her sister’s big win but also her killer figure when she took to social media on Tuesday with pictures of her nearly-nude body and breasts.

is on cloud nine after her “awesome” Dancing With the Stars win — but she wants to dedicate her coveted gold mirrorball to any of her fans out there who don’t believe in themselves. The finals of the ABC dancing competition came down to three celebrity-professional couples: Noah Galloway-Sharna Burgess, Riker Lynch-Allison Holker and Rumer Willis-Valentin Chmerkovskiy. On Tuesday night’s grand finale of the hit ABC reality show, it was she who took home the mirror ball trophy with partner Val Chmerkovskiy as her famous parents Bruce Willis and Demi Moore cheered in the audience. Actually it’s more like a wholesale change in the Grand Finale, a top-to-bottom redo that would cut out about 98% of the musical performances and frivolous filler and – gasp! — a passel of professional ballroom dancers. Tallulah and sister 23-year-old sister Scout proudly turned out – along with mum Demi Moore and dad Bruce Willis – to watch Rumer, 26, compete in the dancing final.

Before Dancing got around to crowning Season 20’s wining couple, however, there was nearly two hours of performance festivities along with a pivotal final competitive dance, the 24-Hour Fusion Challenge. And it was obvious that her middle sister was also in on the Instagram action, when Tallulah was captured exposing her breast, with her nipple artistically concealed by a red rose. Chmerkovskiy, who’s been dreaming of a first-place finish for years, said, “I was like, please, please, let me hear it how I heard it in my sleep. After 13 weeks of grueling training the couple raised the 10-year anniversary golden Mirrorball Trophy prize – marking the show’s 20th season finale.

And she wants anybody watching who has suffered from low self esteem, or faced bullying, to know that they can do it too. “Other than for Val and myself, that is who this mirrorball is for,” an elated Rumer told Us of the people now looking to her as a role model for how to overcome insecurity. “You know, I hope that it stands for all of that and for anyone who didn’t think that they deserved to do something, or couldn’t do something, or wasn’t capable,” she added. “That is who I think that [this trophy] is for. Stars and pros danced short bits as the judges clinked champagne glasses from a spot above the performers • Inside,, Riker and Allison, dressed all in white down to the top hats, took to the ballroom floor with a performance reminiscent of old Hollywood, before looking more contemporary for a dance outside after the commercial break. • After Season 19 champ Alfonso Ribeiro returns for a short dance, host Tom Bergeron breaks some news. Noah was an ongoing inspiration on the show as the former US Army soldier who lost his left arm above the elbow and left leg above the knee during the Iraq War advanced to the finals. ‘I think that’s one of the most beautiful things about being able to come and dance live is that you don’t really have the option but to put everything that you have on the floor,’ she said.

It’s no spoiler by now to announce that Rumer and Val Chmerkovskiy won the 20th season of “DWTS,” in what turned out to be a much closer contest than I would’ve expected. She said: ‘siiiiigh. cant I just be a 10 year old boy yet?’ while flaunting her womanly curves through her gaping robe in just a pair of high-waisted knickers. Next was busty model/actress Charlotte McKinney, 21, who paraded among giant crabs and dancing dolphins for a beach-themed ditty with South African professional Keo Motsepe. Tallulah recently shaved all of her hair off at the hands of her Hollywood stunner mother Demi when the 52-year-old took it with clippers in a ‘mother-daughter bonding’ moment.

Next was former The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air star Alfonso Ribeiro who played Carlton on the 90s sitcom and won season 19 of the dancing competition show. ‘You have given me so much love and support in doing this and I couldn’t be more proud to take over for you,’ said Alfonso, muddling his words slightly in his eagerness. Chmerkovskiy agrees: “I don’t think anybody looked at Rumer and thought this a future mirrorball champion until she came out here and proved everybody wrong,” he gushed. “And I feel like everybody has that power in them – just find the courage to go out there and do it,” he added. He moved pretty well, too. • Bergeron asked celeb finalist Noah Galloway, an Iraq War veterean who had an arm and leg amputated, how he came back for a resounding freestyle performance after getting low judges’ scores for Monday’s first performance. “It wasn’t me.

After her ‘shock elimination’ in the seventh week Hunger Games star Willow Shields, 14, played Alice In Wonderland dramatically with Mark Ballas – who was dressed as a ‘crazy rabbit’ according to Tom Bergeron. Tallulah – now 10 months sober following a stint in rehab for substance abuse – recently explained how her battle with her parents’ fame lead her to struggle with her self-image, when she talked to Teen Vogue. ‘I recall very specifically: I was in a New York hotel room when I was 13 (before social media was such a huge thing), looking at a photo of myself online.

Seventy-year-old Grammy winner Patti LaBelle was welcomed back after being eliminated earlier this season to belt out her heartbreak song 2 Steps Away. The judges praise them. “You really have been a beacon of inspiration for us all,” judge Bruno Tonioli tells Noah. “You are legend.” The judges’ scores: Carrie Ann Inaba: 9; Len Goodman: 9; Julianne Hough, 9: Tonioli: 9. Former contestant and model-Carl’s Jr shill Charlotte McKinney showed up to remind us how horrifying she was the first time around in some semblance of a cha-cha-cha to “California Gurls.” Had she improved any with time?

I was trying to become the superquiet girl who smoked a lot of weed and was really skinny and serious.’ Sharing a picture of her famous father, she wrote: ‘Look at this cutie tearing up from my insanely magical sisters dance. That was another of ABC’s incessant cross-promotions, though, letting viewers know that Ribeiro will be taking over for Tom Bergeron as the new host of “America’s Funniest Home Videos” in a few months. Alleged/suspected lovebirds Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson took a break from their filthy rich and fabulous lives, and Jason Derulo proved that auto-tune isn’t just for recorded music. Prince Farming Chris Soules busted out his one dance move while Witney Carson popped the buttons off his shirt to the strains of “Footloose.” Suzanne Somers traveled back to the Copacabana, sans unwieldy headdress, and Patti LaBelle went to “da club” but still didn’t dance much. As for the repeats of quality dances from the season, including the Mark Ballas-Willow Shields “Alice in Wonderland” and frightening White Rabbit pairing: Isn’t that what YouTube is for?

Fifth Harmony’s lip sync to some forgettable tune and shirtless pros, the “DWTS” answer to beefcake extravaganza Thunder From Down Under: less, please! It’s another piece of evidence that “DWTS” has matured in its choreography, putting it more in award-winning “So You Think You Can Dance” territory than it ever has been before.
