Chris Rock’s Estranged Wife Demands Money For Ntombi Amid Adoption Controversy — Will The Comedian Budge & Send Child Support??.

Malaak Compton-Rock’s divorce documents obtained by TMZ list Ntombi-futhi Samantha as a dependent along with the Rocks’ two biological daughters, Lola, 13, and Zahra, 11.

In a new statement to PEOPLE released by her lawyer, David Aronson of Aronson, Mayefsky & Sloan, Compton-Rock, 46, maintains that the young girl, Ntombi, 7, is in the U.S. legally, and with the consent of her birth parents in South Africa. “The tabloid reports are false and outrageous.Chris Rock is facing a full-scale criminal investigation over raising a South African girl in his American home for almost seven years without adopting her.*A young girl adopted by Chris Rock’s ex-wife Malaak Compton-Rock is at the center of reports that she is being housed illegally in the United States, a claim Compton-Rock is denying. On Wednesday, it was revealed that Chris Rock’s estranged wife Malaak is demanding that the comedian continues to financially support the South African child that’s lived in their home for YEARS. The comedian and his estranged wife’s relationship with Ntombi-futhi Samantha is being looked into by an elite South African police unit over concerns she was taken out of the country without proper legal procedures being followed.

She claims she is only looking out for the best interest of her children but she is not being investigated by CPS or INS or any other agency about the welfare of any child in her care. As we previously reported, the Everybody Hates Chris creator hasn’t seen the tiny tot in over a year as he’s only listed his 2 biological daughters, Zahra and Lola, as his own when he filed for divorce.

South African authorities are investigating whether the bizarre case amounts to child trafficking, but Compton-Rock vehemently denied through her lawyer on Tuesday that she did anything wrong. “While Malaak has made strides in the adoption, she understands that inter-country adoption is a long and rigorous process, with checks and balances in both countries essential for the protection of children,” he said. “Malaak again appeals for the privacy of her family.” Ntombi reportedly began living in the Rock family’s posh $3 million estate in Alpine, N.J., when she was about 9 months old. Now she is pursuing it on her own and she is confident it will be completed.” Rock, 50, and Compton-Rock are currently hashing out details of their divorce – including whether the comedian should support the child who Compton-Rock says was raised as their own for years. Government agencies were alerted by American authorities to questions over the girl’s legal status and have asked for answers – leading to the issue being raised with the country’s elite police unit. Compton-Rock even dedicated her 2010 book, “If It Takes a Village, Build One,” to “my daughters, Lola Simone, Zahra Savanna, and Ntombi-futhi Samantha.”

Parents: MailOnline can reveal that Ntombi’s biological parents are South African Crispen Khanyile, a former waiter, and Zimbabwean Thusang Precious Ndebele. The two have three children but are now separated A member of the Hawks team – which is tasked with investigating South Africa’s most high profile and sensitive crimes – confirmed to MailOnline the case had been raised in a recent meeting after the country’s interior ministry – the Department of Home Affairs – began its own probe. ‘It sounded like a strange case and it has been flagged up to us. We are awaiting more details from Home Affairs who are looking into how this came about,’ the detective told MailOnline. ‘Whatever arrangement there was between the Rocks and the parents of the child, laws are in place to prevent parents from allowing their children to travel overseas indefinitely with third parties. ‘It seems there has not been regular contact with the biological parents and if money changed hands, or even gifts in return for the child staying with other people overseas, it sounds very much like child trafficking,’ they added. In 2010 Rock stirred up speculation that the little girl was a secret love child after he was photographed leaving New York City’s Trump International Hotel with her.

His spokesman at that point told People magazine at the time that she was ‘the daughter of a family friend from South Africa who Compton-Rock met through her charity endeavors.’ Later that year philanthropist Compton-Rock told the mybrownbaby blog: ‘My brown babies are Lola Simone and Zahra Savannah. What makes the whole story even weirder is that Chris Rock has never been involved in any legal adoption proceedings according to TMZ and that bringing Ntombi home was Malaak Compton-Rock’s idea. She said Ntombi was the ‘newest addition to our family.’ The girl was enrolled in a school in New Jersey, has been on family holidays and is a regular with the couple’s ‘other’ daughters at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in Los Angeles. They are then screened in meetings with a social worker, have medical examinations, marriage and psychological assessments, home visits and police checks.

She had been head of celebrity relations at UNICEF, after graduating from the historically-black Howard University in Washington DC and working for a PR firm in New York. Her first visit to South Africa, she has said, was in 2005 through charity Hope Worldwide, to visit a an Aids project on the outskirts of Johannesburg. In 2008 she began the Angel Rock Project and described the charity as ‘an e-village promoting everything to do with service, humanity, peace, equality, social responsibility, and sustainable change’.

A month earlier, her now-estranged husband had been in the country to do four dates in his No Apologies tour, with the final two nights in Johannesburg. The investigators reported that she locked the children alone in their tiny flat for hours while she travelled to the Diepsloot township on the edge of the crime-ridden city to sell second hand clothes on a stall.
