Chris Pratt : ‘I am just dumb’.

The 35-year-old actor posted a hilarious apology on his Facebook page saying sorry for anything offensive he may have uttered while doing interviews for the upcoming “Jurassic World” movie.

The star of Jurassic World (and cover subject of EW’s Must Issue) is already booked up for the next year thanks to a remake of The Magnificent Seven, Guardians of the Galaxy 2, and possibly the sci-fi romance Passengers with Jennifer Lawrence. Having gone through the grueling junket ringer last year promoting “Guardians of the Galaxy,” Pratt is keenly aware how exhaustion can lead to unintentional slips of the tongue. “I am not in the business of making excuses. But the actor admits he’s eager to get out of Hollywood for the sake of his 2-year old son, Jack. “I don’t wanna raise Jack here,” admits Pratt, who’s married to Mom star Anna Faris. “Anna and I are both from Washington State.

I REALLY try!” the actor continues. “When I do (potentially) commit the offensive act for which I am now (pre) apologizing you must understand I (will likely have been) tired and exhausted when I (potentially) said that thing I (will have had) said that (will have had) crossed the line.” “I am fully aware that the subject matter of my imminent forthcoming mistake, a blunder (possibly to be) dubbed ‘JurassicGate’ is (most likely) in no way a laughing matter,” he concludes. “To those I (will likely have had) offended rest assured I will do everything in my power to make sure this doesn’t happen (again).” Come back later.’ And also, I like the country and clean air and things just slowed down.” But he adds, “We will stay in L.A. as long as Anna is doing her show.” Pratt’s goal is to make life as simple for Jack as possible.
