Bobbi Kristina Brown ‘didn’t really hide’ drug use in final days, friend says in deposition.

When Bobby Kristina Brown, daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, died in July almost six months after being found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub, the eerie similarities to her mother’s death only added to fans’ heartbreak. Bobbi Kristina Brown “smoked marijuana, she probably smoked crack often, and also did heroin,” her friend and former roommate Danyela Bradley stated in a deposition stemming from a lawsuit filed against Bobbi Kristina before she died.

Danyela Bradley, a former roommate of the reality star, alleges that Brown regularly used drugs — including heroin and probably crack — during their time living together, according to a recently released transcript from a deposition obtained by Us Weekly.Bobbi Kristina Brown’s case has become the unsolved mystery as time and again new revelations come in, and of recent her former roommate said that Bobbi smoked heroin and crack before being found unconscious in bathtub in January. Eckerman of Marietta, says Bobbi Kristina was driving a 2005 Jeep Liberty that collided with his Ford Taurus at Holcomb Bridge Road and Martins Landing Drive in north Fulton County on Jan 27.

Bradley went on to say she had never actually witnessed Brown using heroin, and said she didn’t think she used hard drugs such as heroin or crack often. Bradley, who was in the Atlanta-area house when Brown was found unresponsive, added that when she was living with her later star kid friend, she used to oftenly take hard drugs, but she never saw her using heroin.

Brown would get “very sleepy, nod off” and “kind of keep to herself” when she had taken heroin, and would “just be not even talkative” when she did crack. Earlier this month, Us Weekly reported a secret Georgia grand jury was being assembled to weigh criminal charges against Brown’s longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon — possibly for murder. Gordon was hit with a wrongful death lawsuit from Brown’s family in August, alleging that he knocked Brown out with a “toxic cocktail” and left her for dead in a tub of cold water.

Her testimony was sometimes contradictory – she also said Bobbi Kristina smoked crack “like once or twice every two weeks,” and smoked crack or did heroin “very, very few times” in her presence. An Alpharetta Municipal Court bench warrant stemming from failure to appear on a charge of driving with an expired tag registration had been issued at the time, but Alpharetta authorities have dismissed the matter given her dire condition. Nick’s legal team has now responded seeking a dismissal on numerous grounds – namely that the suit against him lists damning allegations but no police reports, affidavits or other backing evidence. “The recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless,” his representatives said in a statement. “Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it’s shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly. In the deposition, Bradley, who said she and Bobbi “had grew into sisters up until her passing,” said she lived in Bobbi Kristina’s home in January with Gordon and Bobbi Kristina’s friend, Max Lomas. Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most.” Nick’s Twitter feed features a loving photo of him and Bobbi Kristina as his profile photo and he has posted messages about her in recent days: “When you would do anything in the world to spend 5 min with her again….” and “Can’t run from the pain go towards it.

They were initially reported to be married; soon after she was found in the bathtub, it emerged that the “marriage” might not be official. “I believe they were not married,” Bradley said. “They were in a relationship but I do not know for a fact whether they were or not.
