Beyonce and Naughty Boy release ‘Lose it All’

Beyoncé Has New Music to Remind You that You Have Feelings.

Apparently Bey fell in love with the song and asked him to take it off YouTube so she could record it, and we’re super glad he did because it has her on fine ballad form in this little snippet.

Considering Naughty Boy – real name Shahid Khan – has worked with powerhouse singers Emeli Sandé and Sam Smith, both multi-platinum selling artists, this collaboration with Beyonce isn’t really that left of field. DJ Naughty Boy recently dropped a snippet of the song on Instagram yesterday, where we see two figures sinking deeper into the water and we hear Beyoncé singing these lines in the background: “Nothing else matters now, you and I are here/ so where are you?/ I’ve been calling you/ I’m missing you.” The track is noticeably more sullen than her most recent hits like “7/11.” But hey, since her surprise album two years ago, expect Beyoncé to make anything at this point. And with the track about to drop, no doubt the producer’s name is going to be more recogniseable across the pond than just being that guy who had a public spat with Zayn. Rumors of her making new music have been going around since last month after speculations—a slip from a shoe brand owner—that Queen Bey started filming for a music video and bought a $200,000 pair of stilettos for it. The former One Direction star is doing too bad on the music producing front either, after it was confirmed he would be working with Grammy-award winning producer Malay, known for his work on Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange as well as for tracks released by Angel Haze and John Legend.
