Bey and Jay Z ‘getting kicked out of home’.

“Beyonce and Jay dropped $150k a month on the 16,000 square foot Holmby Hills estate … this after looking in vain for a place to buy in the L.A. area,” TMZ reports. “It appears they weren’t interested in outbidding the buyer, who agreed to pay $35.5 million for the pad.” Just last year, the couple was outbid by a Swedish billionaire over a Beverly Hills mansion.

No more pretending to be happy for appearances sake, the couple have decided to end their 7-year-marriage. “Bey is sick of keeping up the ruse of happiness and she’s done,” an insider tells InTouch magazine. The shocking report claims that this is why Beyonce hasn’t given an interview to the press in over 18 months. “It’s like she’s on lockdown and doesn’t want to be asked about her marriage or why she and Jay haven’t had another child … But in private, she’s already told friends and family that she’s moving forward with her life. There has been speculation about their relationship since an altercation between Jay and Beyoncé’s sister Solange at the 2014 Met Gala, but earlier this year Beyoncé’s cousin Shanica Knowles also insisted the A-list power couple is solid. “They don’t even mention the elevator incident any more. The report also claims that Beyonce and Jay Z haven’t worn their wedding rings regularly in months and that she had her tattoo, the Roman numeral IV that signified their wedding date, removed from her ring finger which fueled Beyonce and Jay Z divorce rumors even more. Despite all the rumours over the past year, her and Jay have remained united and worked on things behind closed doors,” she told British magazine Heat. “It’s hard to really know how Jay and Solange feels about each other, but whatever tension there is between them is very much hidden.
