Ed Sheeran Teams Up With Rudimental For “Lay It All On Me”.

Well Sheerios, you might want to REALLY enjoy this new Rudimental/Ed Sheeran track as it’ll be the last song our favorite ginger-singer releases until album number three!Sheeran, who has been touring extensively as well as filming a guest spot on the new FX show “The Bastard Executioner,” broke the news to his fans on Twitter. It was very recently revealed that Sheeran was responsible for introducing Counteney Cox to her now-fiancee Johnny McDaid, and Ed Sheeran is also beginning to become an expert at helping his fellow musicians successfully propose to their significant others. Updated endlessly, Sky continues to bolster our pricey telly boxes with all manner of new features and functions, and an entire universe of on-demand extras, but there’s a whole heap of shortcuts and sideshows that you might not be aware of.

Ed hinted at the track’s release earlier this week and broke our hearts with this tweet last night: “I have a brand new single coming out tonight with @RudimentalUK on iTunes and all of that, I really like it, hope you do too… This is my final thing I’m releasing for a while. Instead of spending over an hour mildly confused and never really getting that big twist ending, hitting the green button will automatically download the film – as long as it’s in Sky’s on-demand catalog – and let you jump back to the start immediately – bonus. ‘Ref! He’s extremely successful in Ireland, where his 2014 album “X” (pronounced “multiply”) has been on the Irish Top 10 Albums‘ list for 57 consecutive weeks, according to Irish Times. Come on, how did you not see that?!’ Your cries of unjust sporting decisions or need to re-watch that epic battle scene in intimate detail don’t need to go unserved. Two days prior to playing in front of a sold-out Croker, Sheeran performed an intimate show in front of a considerably smaller audience at the Whalen.

The concert was a part of Australian radio network Nova‘s Red Room Global Tour, a concert series where artists play to contest winners around the world. Having rewound to the bit you’re desperate to see again, giving the play button a prolonged push (you’re going to want to keep that thing depressed for at least a second), will cause the action to start up in sloooooow motion. As RTE Ten reported, Ed Sheeran didn’t disappoint and the red-headed artist kept his audience enraptured for more than an hour after the scheduled finishing time. There’s few things more annoying than sitting for 7 minutes to rewind that film your partner had promised to watch with you before turning it on as soon as you left the house – we’re not bitter, honest.

Holding down the rewind button for a couple of seconds will see the action jump past the 30x max speed and simply return to the recording’s staring frame. When watching content that’s stored on your box’s hard drive – it doesn’t work with live content for obvious reasons – hit pause followed by a quick press of the red button.

That dawning realisation, when you’re still 30 minutes from home, that you’ve forgotten to set the big match/final of The Great British Bake Off/premiere of the latest Tom Cruise film (delete as appropriate) to record is one that has filled us all with a level of sadness and frustration at one point or another. Once you’ve synced your smartphone to your Sky+ HD box, an in-app EPG lets you hunt out the show you want to watch, hitting record to kick-in the command on your at-home box – handy. Obviously your portable device will need to be synced to a set-top box, but that’s a whole lot easier than faffing about with USB cables or SD card readers. The nether regions of Sky’s EPG offers viewing access to the sort of nether regions you probably don’t want your kids stumbling across – I meant to press channel 413 not 913, honest!

Your entire household need not be withheld 18-rated movies and TV shows that show a bit of skin though – you can set a four-digit security pin to permit access for adults.
