‘Bill Cosby grabbed my waist at college track event and said “Back that thing up girl, back it on up” then rubbed against me': Shamed comedian hit by new abuse claims.

A new accuser claims Bill Cosby drugged and raped her inside his Upper East Side brownstone in 1984, and even bathed her in a twisted attempt to seduce her.PHILADELPHIA (CBSMiami) – A CBS affiliate is reporting that Bill Cosby is under criminal investigation for an alleged 2004 sexual assault in Cheltenham Township, Pennsylvania. The man it turns out is Bill Cosby, then a hit comedian and America’s favorite father, and the woman is Donna Barrett, the latest to come forward and accuse him of sexual assault. The aspiring actress, identified only as Dottye at a press conference with lawyer Gloria Allred in New York Friday, said the assault took place after she agreed to meet the TV star for an audition.

CBS 3 Eyewitness News has confirmed the investigation was triggered last summer by the release of depositions in a civil case which had previously been sealed. It turned out to be Cosby, she said. ‘He had his arm on my waist and forcefully pulled me on to his private area, saying: “Hey, back that thing up here girl, back it on up,”‘ she said. Her allegations echoed similar stories from supermodel Beverly Johnson and actress Jewel Allison, who previously accused Cosby for drugging them inside his tony townhouse on East 61st. Dottye said she was 30 years old and trying to break into show business when she accepted a drink from Cosby inside his residence and soon became “disoriented and sick.” “I began to vomit all over myself and his rug,” she said. “I felt ashamed.

He is the subject of two criminal investigations – although most allegations fall outside the statute of limitations – and several civil suits, alleging sexual abuse or defamation. He invited her to his house in NYC for a “private audition,” she said, then offered her a drink to calm her nerves and had her spin around as an “exercise.” “Things got foggy thereafter, but I do know he took my clothes off and put them in his washing machine. He leaned me against the chest, raised my robe, and raped me,’ she said. ‘I went home ashamed, hating myself for ‘letting him have his way,’ she said, adding that she never went to police because she thought the episode was her own fault. She even continued to visit the set of the show – where she was given her own Cosby Show jacket – and introduced her parents to Cosby some years later. Cosby still could face criminal charges related to allegations brought by former Temple University employee Andrea Constand and a woman named Chloe Goins.

CBS 3 didn’t name the victim, but Constand accused the comedian of assaulting her at his Cheltenham home in 2004, and damaging deposition testimony in that case surfaced in July. A prior DA declined to file criminal charges against Cosby at the time citing a lack of evidence, but Montgomery County’s current top prosecutor has hinted her office was reviewing the Constand case again ahead of a January deadline.
